Get to Know Mara

Mara Ingersoll, MS, RD, LD graduated with both her undergrad and graduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. The Dietetic Internship program that Mara attended focused on Functional and Integrative Nutrition. Mara is experienced in assisting clients improve lab values, increase knowledge on food and nutrition, and achieve individualized goals. Mara enjoys hanging out with her son, making sourdough bread, and training for marathons. Mara has 5 chickens, 2 dogs and loves animals. Please note, M.P. Nutrition LLC accepts limited insurance, however, a doctor's referral is required. Medical Nutrition Therapy is only covered by insurance for Diabetes Nutrition Management and Chronic Kidney Disease Nutrition Management; all other services will be billed as self-pay and may be given to insurance by client for reimbursement.
